Through all my pregnancies I never found out what we were having. For me it was a nice little surprise at the end but there is really a neat feeling about knowing ... and for Melissa this gives her time to come up with a name!
Before we got the test results we tried the needle trick. You know the one where you hang a need over your belly and if it moves back and forth it is a boy and if it moves in a circle it is a girl. It was right!!!!
Did you find out with your children? All you fellow surrogates, do your IP know or want to know?
Peace, love and kindness,

I found out with my first baby and we named her and planned for her and it was awesome. We were suprised the next time with my son. We were surprised again with the rest of the kids except the last baby, who was known beforehand because I just knew it was a boy. I think I really liked not knowing until the end because then there were no gender stereotypes for 9 months which was awesome.
ReplyDeleteHi. I found your link on someones elses page that had commented on my blog. It sounds like we have a lot in common. I am in the medication phase of surrogacy and my family lives on 10 acres trying to live simply. I had 3 kids in 2.5 years, the oldest is 4.5 now. How is the pregnancy going for you? Take care.
